“Love is never stationary. In the end, love doesn’t just keep thinking about it or keep planning for it.
Simply put: love does.”
~ Bob Goff

About Me

As a former early childhood educator, my experience has cultivated a deep passion for seeing and honoring every person as holding inherent worth, gifts, and strength. I thrive on compassionate communication and nurturing an environment where everyone feels heard and valued. I am passionate about working collaboratively with individuals who are driven by goals and share a common commitment to enhancing the well-being of others.

What people like and admire about me

  • I am compassionate and thoughtful
  • I am trustworthy
  • I share my gratitude for others
  • I am kind
  • I strive to uplift those around me

Whats important to me

  • I love being around people and really value listening to and learning from different lived experiences, it helps me grow and see the world in new ways.
  • It’s important to me to be part of spaces where everyone’s voice matters and is genuinely heard.
  • Spending time outdoors each day, with my dog, Lotus, and the people I love, keeps me grounded and connected.
  • I appreciate work environments that support mental and emotional wellbeing, not just productivity.
  • I feel most fulfilled when I know my work is making a real difference in people’s lives and aligns with my own values and sense of purpose.

How to best support me

  • I do best in a warm, compassionate team environment. Feeling safe and supported helps me grow both personally and professionally.
  • I thrive when I know the “why” behind what we’re doing, it motivates and grounds my work.
  • I do my best thinking with a little processing time. If something feels big, giving me a moment to reflect before responding really helps. I also value time to process out loud with someone.
  • Please share honest and direct feedback with me. I’m always reflecting on how I show up and how I can grow in impactful ways.
  • I really appreciate when my efforts are recognized. I’m learning to celebrate progress, not just focus on what I need to improve, so even small acknowledgments mean a lot to me.
