How can you bring more compassion, connection, well-being and resilience to the workplace and be more compassionate with yourself?
This practical program will show you how.
September 15, 22, 29, October 6, 13, 2026 from 9am-12pm
Bringing together learning on self-compassion and compassionate communication, inspired by the work of Erika Dhawan, Marshall Rosenberg, Audre Lorde, Dr. Brené Brown, and other compassion scholars, this series equips you with 15 Compassion@Work Practices that deepen how you care for yourself and bring compassion to your work-life and beyond.
What difference will it make using these practices?
“I have to say I have LOVED our time together. Compassion @ Work has made a huge difference both personally and professionally.”
“I honestly mean it when I say Compassion@Work has made such a difference. It has made me reflect more as I so very nearly walked away from something that I loved doing, but with the benefit of this learning I am now looking at the situation differently and working my way through. The gratitude journal has really made me appreciate things and it may be a coincidence, but such lovely things are happening right now!”
Our 15 Compassion@Work Practices will enable you to set boundaries, help you change how you respond to others’ behavior and let others affect you, how you speak to and treat others, and how you speak to and treat yourself. You’ll practice and discover how to apply these strategies to transform your approach to compassion in both your work and personal life.
