Join us for a 3-day, in-person Person-Centered Leadership Summit designed to strengthen how teams and leaders connect, collaborate, and lead with purpose.

During our time together you’ll learn how to run meetings that actually work, build teams grounded in trust and clarity, and lead supervision conversations that drive growth and accountability. Through three hands-on modules, you’ll leave with practical tools to create more effective, connected, and person-centered workplaces.

Positive and Productive Meetings
This program is designed to help teams thrive in the face of high demands, rapid growth, and turnover. This training gives team leads, supervisors, and managers the skills to run efficient, collaborative meetings that lead to clear decisions and real progress.

Person-Centered Teams
A person-centered team has people at it’s heart, both people supported by the team and people in the team. Participants will:

  • Learn and practice five essential elements of a person-centered team
  • Use person-centered thinking skills to promote engagement and teamwork that enhance performance.
  • Create a personal development plan for implementing practices within your team

Person-Centered Supervision
Supervision is more than oversight — it’s a partnership that builds trust, accountability, and learning. In this program participants will:

  • Provide meaningful feedback that promotes learning and growth
  • Practice effective one-to-one conversations using the Person-Centered Supervision Meeting Map
  • Build psychological safety and connection through coaching conversations
  • Learn and apply a Person-Centered Support Framework
